Funeral service for Ola Jean Fountain, 80, of Sour Lake will be 2:00pm Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at R.S. Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Franks Branch Cemetery.
Visitation will begin 5pm Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fountain died May 9, 2011 at Dubuis Hospital in Beaumont.
Survivors include son Prentice Fountain of Arizona; two daughters Jean Whitmire of Evadale and Jo Phillips of Beaumont; sister Jeneta Griffith of Spurger and ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
