Jeanne Marie Lilley Courts, 71, of Silsbee, died June 1, 2011 at her residence.
She was a native of Polk County and a long time resident of Silsbee. Mrs. Courts was a housewife and loved to sew. She also taught school for a time.
Survivors include son David Courts and wife Debra of Fred; grandson Kelly Creel and wife Brandi of Silsbee; son James Courts of Kentucky; daughter Armenda Boteler of Lumberton; sister Yvonne Lewing of Kountze; grandchildren, Martin Hutto Jr., Travis Boteler, Brandon Boteler, Aaron Courts, Alex Courts and Samantha Courts and great grandchildren Rilley Creel, Kenley Creel and Destiny Creel.
A memorial service for Mrs. Courts will be held at a later date.
