She will be joining her husband Weldon Forse; mother and father Doris and Norman Walters and niece Deborah Smith.
Leaving behind her son, Weldon Forse, Jr. of Beaumont, Texas; daughter Penny Carol Forse of Silsbee, Texas; the sunshine of her life granddaughter Summer Carol Forse of Silsbee; sister Norma Jean Smith of Groveton, Texas; sister Juanita Hooks and husband J. L. Hooks of Willis, Texas and numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Hooks, Charles Prince, Andy Moore, Jim Forse and Wade Forse.

Funeral services will 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
