I worked with Billie Kay at the police dept. a lot of years ago. I can still hear her voice and see her smile when I close my eyes. She was a very special friend to all that worked with her. She will be greatly missed.

I knew Billie Kay for years and found her to always be a happy, outgoing person. She always had a smile on her face & always made me laugh. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her, for sure.

To the Wayne Read family,
Anyone who attended Warren High School during the 1960's remembers Billie Kay: a beautiful, bubbly, energetic and outgoing friend to everyone. Though some of us haven't seen her in many years, we remember her fondly. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this sad time because we know you will miss her so much. Just remember Billie Kay is just fine where she is.

Wayne, I am so sorry to hear about Billie Kay. I am so sorry I can not attend the funeral. We are in Iowa on vacation. I will miss her so much.
