Ms. Georgia,
Just wanted you to know how very sorry I am to hear of Steve's passing. I know this time of year is tough for you hasnt been that long since you lost Bobby. Please let me know if you need anything. I think of you often when I am in Silsbee. Just in case you dont make the connection, I was friends with Phyllis MCClammy and Bobby and I were good friends.. Take care of yourself.. Ms. Flowers, Steven has touched more lives than you know. Thank you for giving us the priviledge to know and love him. Your unwavering love and devotion to him has been an inspiration to all. Georgia & family, it was hard for Bobby & I hear of your loss. Bobby remembers the times when he, PaPaw & Stevie would go into the pasture to feed cows. Seems like a short time ago, but it wasn't was it! Lots of memories some wonderful & some hard. Our love & prayers are with all of you. GOD bless.

Funeral services for Steven Wayne Battle, 49, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Loeb Leatherwood Cemetery in Lumberton. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
