Funeral services for Billie Jean Jones, 82, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 26, 2011 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am Monday until time of service.
Mrs. Jones died December 20, 2011 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
A native of Spurger, Billie had lived in Silsbee for over 50 years. She was a retired beautician and owner of La Petite Beauty Salon.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by Wendell N. 'Bill' Jones, Sr.
Survivors include son Wendell Jones and wife Peggy of Silsbee; daughter Cheryl Daniel and husband Eddie of Bayou Vista; grandson Devin Jones and wife Rebecca of Silsbee; granddaughter Jacey-Kay Jones of Silsbee; grandson Bryan Daniel of Bayou Vista; grandson Brandon Daniel and wife Marysa of Buda and great grandson Jadon Jones of Silsbee.
Billie was also survived by nieces and nephews, Howard Sheffield of Lumberton, Barbara and Tommy Leicht of Beaumont, Harlton and Lina Sheffield of League City, John 'Buddy' Trier of Houston and Verlee Sheffield of Spurger.
Pallbearers will be Harlton Sheffield, Howard Sheffield, Devin Jones, Brandon Daniel, Bobby Deal, Bill Phillips and Felix Teal.
