Brayden Dewayne Gipson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 2008 - 2011 Funeral services for Braydon Dewayne Gipson, 3, of Fred will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Franks Branch Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Braydon died December 22, 2011 at Tyler County Hospital in Woodville. Survivors include his mother Cheryl Gipson of Silsbee; father Jessie Sallas of Fred; stepfather Larry Whitmire of Silsbee; stepmother Alice Kimball of Fred; sister Cassie Gipson of Silsbee; step-sister Kimberly Jean McGallion of Livingston; brothers Danlan Whitmire of Silsbee and James Carter Jr. of Lumberton; step-brothers Brice Whitmire of Evadale, Louis Sallas of Silsbee and Brandon Carter of Silsbee; grandparents Pamela Blackburn of Lumberton, Robert Blackburn of Lumberton, Fletcher Strother of Silsbee and Ruby Strother of Silsbee.

To the family of this precious little boy: We are so deeply sorry for the devastating loss and pain that you are suffering at this time. In times of great distress, it may be that we feel "broken" and "crushed." God's word assures us that He is near to those that are feeling this way. (Psalm 34:18) As the "God of all comfort"(2 Corinthians 3:1), He promises us that in the future the "enemy death will be brought to nothing." (Isaiah 25:8) In the meantime He lovingly extends the invitation to "throw all of your anxiety upon him, because He cares for you."(1 Peter 5:7) Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your precious Braydon, as we hope that these reminders from our Creator will offer an amount of peace that we know our own words cannot.
