Gerald Buster Murphy Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2012 Funeral services for Gerald 'Buster' Murphy, 76, of Evadale will be 2:00 pm Friday, January 27, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Murphy died January 25, 2012 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Village Mills, Buster was a long time resident of Evadale. He worked in oil production before retiring. Survivors include his son Gerald Wayne Murphy of Evadale; daughters, Rose Marie Rector of Vidor; Sarah Juanita Owens of Evadale and Elizabeth Gale Wright of Kirbyville; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

We've lost a good man with Buster's passing. Our prayers go out to Gerald Wayne, Rose Marie, Gale, Sissy and their families. Buster, you will be sorely missed down here.

so sorry to learn of buster passing. he was a long time member of iuoe local 450. i never knew buster to complain during his life time. he will be missed by me his nephew. vvirgil l murphy jr.
