Gene Richardson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1924 - 2012 Gene Richardson, 88, born January 14, 1924 to parents Goldie and Abe Richardson of Evadale, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 4:45 pm. He resided at the Silsbee Oaks Nursing Home in Silsbee. Gene was a native of Village Mills and a lifelong resident of Evadale before moving to Silsbee. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Esther Mary Wilhelm Richardson of Evadale; three sons Larry Gene and wife Anita, Marvin and wife Sherry and Milton Barry and wife Angela; two daughters Shirley Anne Antley and husband Gerald and Brenda Kay Block and husband Mike all of Evadale; sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and one on the way and two great great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and funeral at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Morse Cemetery in Buna.
