John Louis Pankonin Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1970 - 2012 A memorial service for John Louis Pankonin, 41, of Lumberton will be 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home. Mr. Pankonin died March 9, 2012 in Sour Lake. A native of Beaumont, John was a resident of Lumberton most of his life. He worked in lawn service and loved being outdoors. John was preceded in death by his father Louis Pankonin. Survivors include his mother Cynthia Crowell Spell and step-father Earl; sons Zachary and Emanuel Pankonin; brothers Larry Pankonin, Terry Duty, Damon Pankonin and Jared Pankonin; sisters Kristal Mason and Susan Davis and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Cynthia -- was so sorry to read about your handsome son, John, passing away. He looks so much like the Crowell's and the Warner's with his dark hair and eyes. Hilton and I send our condolences.

I met him while doing what he seemed to love..working outdoors.everything done to the best of our abilities is always appreciated.We all have a special song that we leave to the people in our lives and your tune will be with them until they see you again. We have known John just a short while. But in that time, we have come to love him dearly. What a wonderful, kind and loving individual he was. What a wonderful sense of humor and laugh. He was a devoted son. We will miss him until we see him again. Jehovah has promised it and we know He keeps his promises.
