
On April 22, 2012 Anna E. Yarbro was surrounded by friends and family when she went to her heavenly home and to be re-united with the love of her life for 75 yrs. A native of Sour Lake, Tx. Anna was born to Clinton and Era Foreman on February 14, 1918. Anna was raised in Batson, Tx where she met and married Cline Yarbro. Most of her married life Anna was a homemaker, however, for a period of time she worked for Fuller Oil Co. as a bookkeeper.
She had been a resident of Silsbee, Tx for most of her life and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband Cline Yarbro, parents Clinton and Era Foreman and a sister Lois Murphy.
Anna was survived by a son, Homer Yarbro and wife Mildred and daughter Era Jane Odom and husband Billy, five grandchildren, Scott Odom, Eric Yarbro, Jody Odom, Brett Yarbro and LeAnna Martinez and 12 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the care givers for all the love and compassion that was shown to their parents: Opal Sirmons, Donna McNeely, Cynthia McNeely, Cathy Chambless and Betty Keller. And a special thanks to Texas Home Health Hospice.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, April 29, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Silsbee with interment to follow in Guedry Cemetery in Batson, Texas. Visitation will begin 5:00pm Saturday at R.S. Farmer Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the First Baptist Church in Silsbee.
