Emma Lanora Collier Priest Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2012 Funeral services for Emma Lanora Priest, 76, of Beaumont will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Beech Creek Cemetery in Spurger. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Priest died May 13, 2012 Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Silsbee, Mrs. Priest was a resident of Beaumont. She was a secretary in the insurance business before retirement. Survivors include her sons Jimmy Priest and wife Linda and Pete Priest and wife Maggie, all of Lumberton; brothers Bo Collier of Silsbee and Henry Edward Collier of Votaw; sisters Melva McLean, Nelda Whisenant, Hazel Nichols and Elizabeth McGallion, all of Silsbee; grandchildren Trey and Erin Priest, Danny and Tara Priest, Michael and Amber Priest and Matthew Priest and fiancee' Erika Snow and six great grandchildren.

Dear Priest & Collier families, my condolences for the loss of your loved one. My sisters & I went to school & rode the same school busses as Lenora & her siblings; 6° of separation.My heart aches for you.. they were good people.May God grant you peace & tranquility during this time!

Jimmy, I'm so sorry to hear of your Mama's death. She was one of my classmates at Silsbee High in the early 50s. Lanora was a good friend back then. May God be with you all as you grieve. We love you all.
