Velma Havard Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1932 - 2012 Funeral services for Velma Havard, 80, of Vidor will be 10:00 am Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Cunningham Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Havard died October 20, 2012 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. Velma was a native of Silsbee and a lifelong resident of Vidor. She was a retired technician with Rogers Enterprises. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Havard and grandson Steven Havard, II; brother James McGallion and sister Vangie Black. Survivors include son Steve Havard and wife Marsha of Lumberton; daughter Diane Zimmerman of Vidor; twin sister Thelma Bulgherini of Vidor; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
