Robert Adraid Langford, Sr. Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1920 - 2013 Funeral services for Robert Adraid Langford, Sr., 93, of Vidor will be 2:00 pm Sunday, June 16, 2013 at New Beginnings Church in Evadale under the direction for Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Restlawn Memorial Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will be 5:00 pm  7:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Langford was a native of Carthage and longtime resident of this area. He retired from Gulf Oil where he was a boilermaker. Robert is preceded in death by his parents Ed and Annie Langford and 12 siblings. Survivors include his wife Letha Langford of Vidor; son Robert Langford, Jr. and wife Carol of Evadale; daughter Barbara Dean and husband Roger of Houston; grandchildren Adraid Poole, Angela Hubbard, Courtney Dean Tenney and husband Devin and great grandchildren Abby Poole and Kayden Hubbard.

Letha, my dearest sister, I feel so broken hearted for you, and am so sorry that Bob has gone. We will all miss his good humor and the way he always ended his phone calls by saying "Jesus loves you and I do too". Keep the faith and be strong and know that I love you.Your sister, Louise
