Funeral services for Lillian Marie Howard 88, of Beaumont will be 1:00 pm Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Lumberton with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday at Farmer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Howard was a 3 year resident of Collier Park Senior Center and a 37 year resident of Lumberton, Texas and was carried home by angels, March 18, 2014 in Humble, Texas.
She will be remembered for her love of helping others, gardening, fishing, watching the hummingbirds outside her window, and her famous gumbo. Lillian was a long time member of Infant Jesus Catholic Church in Lumberton, Texas.
She is preceeded in death by late husbands, Eronie "Ronnie" F Recla and Aubrey "Shorty" Howard.
Survivors include sons, Dennis Recla of Grant Pass, Oregon and Aubrey "Joe" Howard of China, Texas, and daughter Connie Barreto of Porter, Texas, along with eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
