Funeral services for Wilma Harrison, 85, of Silsbee, will be 2:00 pm Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Harrison passed away May 11, 2014 at Silsbee Oaks Nursing Home.
A native of Douglas TX, Wilma was a long time resident of this area. She worked for Jay's Five & Dime Store and J & H Café before retiring. Mrs. Harrison was a member of Woodrow Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Stephen Elijah and Ruth Fussell Yates; husband Carl E. Harrison; sons Ricky G Harrison and Donnie O Harrison; five brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include sons Steven E Harrison of Orange, Jerry D Harrison and wife Julie of Kountze and Bruce W Harrison of Lumberton; daughter Doris E Biscamp and husband Robert of Silsbee; sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and twelve great, great grandchildren.
