Graveside services for Shirley Abbott Prunty, 89, of Village Mills whom passed away October 1, 2016 will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
Shirley was born June 11, 1927 in Gurdon, Arkansas and was a longtime resident of Beaumont. She lived in Woodville for twenty years before moving to Wildwood three years ago. Shirley was owner and operator of Shirley Abbott Studios in Beaumont. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Ida Mae Abbott and husband Charles Prunty.
Survivors include children Chuck, Jack, Scott, Connie and Shawn and nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
