 Curtis Frazier, Jr., 89, of Silsbee died Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Silsbee Convalescent Nursing Home in Silsbee. A native of San Augustine, Texas, Curtis lived in Silsbee for 70 years and was a retired Chief Inspector with The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation. Curtis proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home. Curtis was preceded in death by his parents Curtis and Gertrude Frazier, Sr. Curtis is survived by his wife Dorothy Frazier of Silsbee, son Charles Ray Frazier and wife Linda of Jasper, daughter Helen Faye Castilaw and husband Jerry of Silsbee, four grandchildren: Eddie Castilaw, Todd Castilaw, and Alan Frazier all of Beaumont, and Erica Tackett of Fort Worth, TX., and 11 great grandchildren. Pallbearers for the service will be: Eddie Castilaw, Todd Castilaw, Caleb Castilaw, Zack Castilaw, Alan Frazier, and Jake Tackett. Honorary Pallbearer will be: Caden Castilaw. Mr. Frazier will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
