I used to work with Freddie at LCRA a long time ago. I will never forget the time he took vacation time to help with the barbeque lunch held at his church . One of the crew asked him why he did it. He answered "Because it made my heart feel good." I have always felt that Freddie was special because he had a good heart. He
was fun to work with. I know he will be missed by his whole family
-he called me "Polly"
