Mrs. Marilyn Clay, age 64, of the Farmington community of Marshall Co., died Monday, Nov. 6, 2023. A native of Huntington, WV, Marilyn was the daughter of the late Tuey Daniel Bledsoe and Betty Lou Perry Bledsoe. She was a graduate of Milton High School class of 1977. She was a self-employed Pet Groomer for 40+ years. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and traveling especially to the beach. She was a member of the Farmington Baptist Church. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Greg Clay of Farmington; a daughter, Kristen Clay of Spring Hill, TN; a son Bradley McClure Clay of Macon, GA; a brother, Steven Bledsoe of Point Pleasant, WV; 4 grandchildren, Elliott Clay Ankrom, William Guy, Phoebe Clay and Phoenix Clay. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023 from 4pm – 6pm at Farmington Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 6pm at the church. A funeral service in West Virginia will be held at Wallace Funeral Home in Milton, WV on Saturday, Nov 11, 2023 at 12pm. Burial will follow at the Forest Memorial Park in Milton, WV. There will be a visitation at Wallace Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023 from 5pm - 7pm.
