Betty Christine Caskey Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1929 - 2024 Betty Christine Caskey, 95 of Barboursville, passed away April 16, 2024. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Monty Foster. Burial will be private. She was born February 11, 1929 a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Jennie Pearl Shook Skaggs. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennie Caskey and her husband, Cordis. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Sherri Caskey of Salt Rock; nieces, nephews and a special nephew, Ron Skaggs; and special friends, Betty and Sandy for their kindness and care. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. Monday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

We will truly miss Betty. We had not known her very long, but she was the kind of person you instantly felt connected to. We considered her our family and our hearts are broken. See you in Heaven 🙏🏻
