1957 - 2024
Greg Fisher, a devoted family man and cherished member of the community, passed away peacefully. He was preceded in death by his father Joe, mother Mildred, and brother Gary. He leaves behind his beloved wife Janet, his dear son Justin, his caring daughter-in-law Meagen, and two treasured grandchildren Ava & Liam. Greg's life was marked by his unwavering love for his family, his deep devotion to Christ Presbyterian Church, and the tight-knit community he found there.
Over the last 45 years, Greg's clients were like family to him, and he cherished the relationships he built through his work. His appreciation for the doctors and nurses who supported him through his battle was immense, and their care brought him great comfort. Greg's legacy of kindness, faith, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Christ Presbyterian Church’s building fund or a Donation to Little Victory’s Animal Shelter in his honor would be greatly appreciated.
Church donations can be mailed to 5730 East Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

Oh what a loss! I started getting my hair cut many years ago with Greg. I can still hear his laugh! He was definitely one of a kind, and a great friend. His loss is tragic, but heaven’s gain.

Greg said "God's got this, either way it's okay." His faith was strong and his family can take comfort that he is in the arms of the Lord. Rest easy my friend

This message is for Greg’s family. II was a client of Greg’s for several years before moving to Missouri. Our conversations were filled with talk of family y and love for each of you. Janet, I remember hearing all about your love for golf. He was proud of you . I was very saddened to hear about your great loss. I thought a lot of Greg. My prayers are with you all today and in the days to come.

My prayers are continuing to go up for Janet, Justin, and family. I know Greg is flying high with the angels and in the Lord's presence and take comfort in that. He was a very sweet, caring, and funny man who will be missed by all who knew him. We will see him again one day. Love, hugs, and prayers for you Janet and family!
