I know I'm late posting, but I've been thinking about Bishop Carrico a lot lately.
He was a very loving man, easy to talk to and very wise. I loved spending time with him.
You could tell he was guided by the Spirit as he gave counsel and as he served as Bishop.
Everyone who knew him was blessed by him in some way.
RIP Bishop Carrico. God be with you till we meet again.

I will truly miss Gary. I served with him in the bishopric and enjoyed that time with him. He was one of the finest men I’ve ever known. His heart was pure. He suffered physically for a time, but no more. God bless his family.
