1937 - 2024
 Mildred Virginia Jackson, 87, of Milton, WV, passed away on September 21, 2024 at Cabell Healthcare Center in Culloden, WV. She is now free and rejoicing in Heaven after a long battle with dementia. Mildred was born on January 25, 1937, to the late Rev. Garland E. Beckett and Shirley V. Casey Beckett in Ona, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Guster D. Jackson, granddaughter, Deanna Leah Clark, sister, Wanda F. Robinson, sister-in-law, Dorothy Beckett and second husband, Earl Wintz. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting and creating beautiful woodwork for several years with her late husband, Guster. She is survived by daughters, Penny (Roger) Clark of Milton, WV, Peggy (Rod) Setliff of Fraziers Bottom, WV; son, Eddie (Libby) Jackson of Cincinnati, OH; brother, Johnny Beckett of Burlington, OH; brother-in-law, Ronnie Robinson of Bardstown, Kentucky; grandchildren, Tessa (Jason) Shirkey, Anthony (Ashley) Setliff of Fraziers Bottom, WV, Michael Jackson of Milton, WV, Nichole (Tim) Norton of Michigan; great grandchildren, Trinity Lilly, Bryson and Aneva Setliff, Camron Jackson, Athena, Aries and baby Norton on the way; and several nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the nurses at Cabell Healthcare Center for their love and kindness. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, WV. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2024, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum by Pastor Chuck Elkins.
