Nikki, Kelsey and Jamie: I am sorry for the loss of your Grandpa. He was a great man and was loved by many people. He was strong and handsome and very very intelligent. He had a great smile, and would get a twinkle in his eye when your Grandma walked in the room. Even when I was your age I could always tell how much your Grandma and Grandpa loved each other. Give your Grandma lots of hugs and kisses, and never stop asking questions about your Grandpa. As you grow up, your family can tell you many stories about your Grandpa that will keep him alive in your heart and in theirs and will make you feel like he is still with you. Jan,Sara, Ellen, Val, and Kris: I am really sad for your loss and feel like I lost another Dad. Life isn't fair, or "Mean" Gene would still be here. But now he and Dad can sit up there on the hill together with a good bottle of Scotch watching over Gallipolis and the river that they both loved so much. I love you all.
