Cathy Jean Lusher, 46, Crown City, (Mercerville Community), Ohio passed away Tuesday morning, July 19, 2005 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born June 4, 1959, in Portsmouth, Ohio, daughter of Thomas C. and Lois Thompson Breech who survived and reside at Gallipolis, Ohio.
A 1977 Gallia Academy High School Graduate, she received a Secretarial Diploma, Gallipolis Business College, 1978; a B.S., Elementary Education, University of Rio Grande, 1998. She had taught as a substitute teacher in Gallipolis City School and the Ohio Valley Christian School; served in the Crown City Post Office; and clerked in several retail business in Gallipolis. She was a member of the Victory Baptist Church, Crown City.
Cathy married John Lusher June 22, 1979, at Rio Grande, and he survives with a son:

Friends may call at Faith Baptist Church, Rodney, Ohio, on Friday, July 22, 2005
from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow with Rev. Jim Lusher, Rev. Jimmy Chapman, Rev. Ron Nicholas, and Rev. Gary Warner officiating. Everyone is invited to share in a Time of Fellowship in the Church Activity Building immediately after the Service.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM. Saturday, in the Centenary Cemetery.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis at 9:00 AM. The Procession to the Cemetery will leave at 9:45 AM.
