Please express my condolences to Phyllis, Mark, and the entire family. Warren was always one of my favorite individuals in Southern Ohio. I well recall his stories and pictures about WWII and his interest in the War Memorial in Washington, an interest shared by my late father. Warren was one-of-kind: a noted attorney, businessman, family man, and civic leader. He enjoyed telling me that he and Phyllis met on the Rio Grande campus. I know that both of them have a love for the institution. The area will miss him. He certainly "made a difference," which is the most important phrase, in my judgment, that can be used to describe a person's life. Sincerely, Barry Dorsey

Mark Sorry to be gone during your Dad’s passing. I am in Buffalo for a Bus Trade show. My memories of your Dad are all so fond. I will relate only one to you and that is that my wife has a job today with the Gallia County Local Schools thanks to a telephone call you dad made some 15 years ago. Kem was having difficulty getting “in” the right mix of people and after every board meeting she was told she would be the next one hired. This went on for months until I went to your Dad and he said “you just wait, hold on and let me do the talking” The next board meeting she had a job and we had a phone call at 6:30 a.m. before it went on the radio news @ 7 that she had been hired. I remember many times stopping by your parents house and visiting with them on my paper routes. Mark, you like I was blessed to have good Godly parents who cared about their well being and Warren Sheets was one of those. I really liked your Dad and since my Moms passing a few years ago, I know what you will miss. Take care and we will talk when I get home next week.
