Oh, Bob... one of the finest, kindest men I've ever met. I am fortunate to have known you... to have shared a love of science with you. I am sad to learn of your passing, but my heart is full of fond and loving memories. Until we meet again....

I have known the Navarre Family "Doc" Janet, Larry, Bobby, the late Ricky for over 45 years. "Doc" was more of a father to me than my own parents, from a wild teenage kid up until my early twenty's he was the one I looked to for guidance. It's been 30 years since I last talked to him but he will be greatly missed.

We are sorry to hear that our friend for so many years has passed away. He was a kind, gentle, an interesting fellow with so many wonderful stories and so many tunes to listen to. He loved playing the organ. We will never forget him.
