Mr. Conal Lee Barrow, age 48, of 303 Bryan St., Bremen passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006. Mr. Barrow was born in Fulton County on March 8, 1958. He was the son of the late Conal McKibben Barrow and Betty Robinson Barrow of Bremen. Mr. Barrow was a graduate of Bremen High School Class of 1976 and West Georgia College Class of 1982. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bremen and a long time employee of the Georgia Department of Corrections in Atlanta. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Gregory Barrow.
Survivors besides his mother include his wife, Tamara Moore Barrow of Bremen; two daughters, Katie Elizabeth Barrow of Smyrna and Kristie Rose Barrow of Bremen; one sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Mike Hendrix of Lawrenceville; one brother and sister-in-law, Roby and Rebecca Barrow of Cumming; father and mother-in-law, Bobby and Rose Moore of Bremen; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rosemary and Richard Barrett of Bremen; bother-in-law and sister-in-law, Keith and Allison Moore of Peachtree City; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. from the First Baptist Church of Bremen with Dr. Keith Moore and Rev. Herman Parker officiating. Music will be rendered by Sue Ezzell, Sara Calhoun, and Dennis and Laura McBrayer. Interment will follow in the Bremen City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: David McElwee, Richard Wagner, Mike Murphy, Jay Michael, Marty Walker, Bill Standifer, Eddie Barrett, Mike Hendirx, III, Andrew Barrow, Alan Hearn, Honorary pallbearers will be Mr. Barrow’s co-workers from the Georgia Department of Corrections.
