Mr. Willie Dean Shaw, age 72, of 193 James St., Temple passed away Monday, May 15, 2006. Mr. Shaw was born in Haralson County on February 6, 1934. He was the son of the late James Marion Shaw and the late Mary Elizabeth Mann Shaw. Mr. Shaw was veteran of the United States Army and was a retired cabinet maker.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Maner Shaw of Temple; one daughter, Deana Shaw Malone of Bremen; two sons, Terry Dean Shaw of Temple and Bobby Gene Shaw of Temple; two sisters, June Morris of Buchanan and Faye Bishop of Buchanan; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wendell Rush officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Piney Woods Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Pete Payton, Donald Hannah, Dennis Shaw, Dewayne Edge, Jack Maner and Danny Pritchard.
Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
