Robert Bruce Grant, 42, Bidwell (Evergreen Community), passed away at his residence Thursday, May 18, 2006. He was born December 8, 1963, at Pt. Pleasant, WV, son of Robert Grant, Vinton, Ohio, and the late Helen Vivian Mulford Grant. He was a graduate of North Gallia High School, Class of 1982.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Deborah June DeWitt Grant and six children: Nicholas George, Bidwell, OH; Amber Lynn (Mickey) Massey, Mississippi; Dakota Lee DeWitt, Bidwell, OH; Cheyenne Stone, Bidwell, OH; Cree Stone, Bidwell, OH; Joshua Whealdon, Vinton, OH. One Brother and two Sisters: Dale (Debbie) Grant, Vinton, OH; Diann (David) Browning, Charlotte, NC; Christy (Robert) Rider, Ray, OH; Esther (Mark) Roberts, Vinton, OH.
In addition to his mother, Vivian, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Grant.
Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday at the Funeral Home, 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Pall bearers will be Nicholas George, Dakota DeWitt, Esther Roberts, Dale Grant, Diann Browning and Christy Rider.
