Claude R. Russell Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2006 Claude R. Russell, 85, Columbus, Ohio, passed away at his residence Tuesday, May 30, 2006. He was born Feb. 3, 1921, in Meigs Co., Ohio, son of the late Martin L. Russell and Mary Elizabeth Hoffman Russell. A graduate of Meigs County H.S. and a retired plasterer, he was a W.W. II Army Veteran who served in France and Northern Europe. He was a member of the Wilksville Orphans Friend Lodge 275, Scotish Rite, Valley of Columbus and the Wilkesville OES 207. Claude married Roberta Tinkham Nov. 9, 1946, in Columbus, and she survives with one daughter and son-in-law: Sharon K. And Tom Moore, Worthington, Ohio Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM., Friday, June 2, 2006, in Vinton Memorial Park, with Rev. Marvin Sallee officiating. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home 208 Main St., Vinton, OH 45686-0148 on Friday, 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Condolences can be emailed to www.timeformemory.com/mm.
