Ms. Mary Ann Heath, age 62, of 904 Corinth-Five Points Rd., Buchanan passed away Sunday, December 10, 2006. Ms. Heath was born in Carroll County on July 25, 1944. She was the daughter of the late Joe Heath and the late Ruby Ayers Heath. Ms. Heath was a retired school teacher was the long time pianist at Corinth Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Joe Heath.
Survivors include a number of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Horace Wilson and Rev. Wendell Rush officiating. The eulogy will be by Jamie Corhan. A special prayer will be offered by Steve Wade. Closing words will be by Butch Mooney. Music will be rendered by the Corinth Baptist Church Choir. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Johnny Dearing, Greg Redding, Steven Smith, Blake Whitton, Daniel Wade, Cody Long, Tyler Mooney and Max Wade. Honorary pallbearers will be: H.H. Whitton, Willard Whitton, Carey Kierbow, Dr. Denis Morin, Dr. Larry Schor, Gerald Redding and Billy McAdams. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
