Ronald James Flora, 70, of Milton, passed away July 12, 2025. He was born July 7, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland, son of the late Lee Roy Flora and Margaret Teresa Cleary Flora. He is survived by his wife Valeria "Gina" Flora; one daughter Amanda France of Barboursville; two grandchildren Ethan France and Layne France; one brother Lee and Devonna Flora of Virginia; extended family members, Wayne Smith and his wife Melanie; one sister-in-law, Stella Bartram and her husband Phillip Bartram; and a host of close friends.
