NELAH SKINNER
Mrs. Nelah Inez Skinner age 93 of 1189 Burwell Road, Carrollton, Georgia died Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Tanner Medical Center/ Carrollton.
She was born in Carroll County Georgia March 21, 1912 the daughter of the late Hugh Cleveland and Sarah Ellen Ayers Smith. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church (Cleburne County Alabama) and was a retired employee of Warren Sewell Clothing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ishmael Worth Skinner. Brothers Olin Smith, William Smith, Bryant Smith and an infant brother. Sisters Laulin Styles, Odell Allen and Grace Brock.
Survivors include Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, September 12, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. from the chapel of Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Smith and Rev. Buren Smith officiating. Music was furnished by Tammy Johnson. Pallbearers were Hugh Allen, Jimmy Allen, Mike Smith, Buren Smith, Chuck Smith and Matthew Entrekin. Interment services followed in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
Rainwater Funeral Home of Bowdon, Georgia was in charge of the arrangements.
