FRANK ROBINSON
Retired Sergeant First Class Frank Richmon Robinson age 80 of 102 South Street, Carrollton, Georgia passed away Sunday November 20, 2005.
He was born in Carroll County Georgia January 23, 1925 the son of the late Nathan and Ella Mae Huddleston Robinson. Mr. Robinson a retired Army veteran serving in World War II, Korea and Viet Nam and was a retired employee of Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers Wayman, Enoch and Henton Robinson a sister Helen Johnston.
Survivors include a son David Robinson, Carrollton, GA. daughter and son-in-law Scarlet (Ryan) West, Newnan, GA. 3 granddaughters Rachel and Rosemary Robinson and Madelyn West. 3 sisters Iva Denney, Carrollton, GA. Myrtle Hearn, Leesburg, FL. and Joyce Hope, Gainesville, GA. 3 brothers Hinston Robinson, Fayetteville, TN. Charles Robinson, Bowdon, Ga. and Walter Robinson, Bowdon, GA.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 23, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Rainwater Funeral Home with Hinston Robinson officiating. Pallbearers will be Chuck Robinson, Jerome Johnston, Robert Robinson, Perry Sullivan, Jerry Johnston, Daniel Rainey, Bobby Hearn and Shannon Robinson. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends Tuesday November 22 from 5-8 P.M.
