Mr. Johnny Otis Snow age 58 of 7390 Smithfield Road, Bowdon, Georgia passed away Monday November 21, 2005 at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton.
He was born in Carroll County Georgia October 6, 1947 the son of the late Thomas and Inez Laney Snow. He was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church and was self employed Heat and Air.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson. 3 brothers Connie, Tommy and Maxie Laney.
Survivors include his wife Mary Hall Snow, Bowdon, GA. 2 sons T.J. Snow and Kyle Snow both of Bowdon, GA. 3 daughters and son-in-law Angela Green, Alpena, AK. Melissa (Mike) Hester, Woodstock, GA. and Kasey Snow-Crumbley, Alpharetta, GA. 7 grandchildren. 4 brothers and sisters-in-laws Davis (Carolyn) Laney, and Eugene (Margie) Laney all of Carrollton, GA. Billy Ray Laney, Bowdon, GA. and Steve Laney, Ranburne, AL. sister and brother-in-law Betty Jean (Ray) Myers, Bowdon, GA.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 23, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. from the Mt.View Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Estes officiating. Music will be furnished by the church choir. Pallbearers will be Wallace Clark, Kenneth Gaither, Gerald Kemp, Chuck Wilson, Darren Laney, Danny Laney and James Robinson. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. He will be at the funeral home until being placed in state at the church at 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
