Ted G. Chapman, 78, of Culloden, WV, passed away November 3, 2023. He was born December 15, 1944, in Hurricane, WV, son of the late Elijah and Alva Epling Chapman. He was also preceded in death by one brother Jack Chapman and one sister Elzene. He is survived by his wife 49 years JoAnn Stowers Chapman and one son William Black. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Forest Memorial Park, Mausoleum. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
